I had such a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the ski areas. I loved being able to easily access the restaurants in the village and having everything I needed right at my fingertips. The hotel provided excellent service, with daily housekeeping and a helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center that included a sauna, steam room, and solarium. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and unwind. The room itself was modern and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, a dining area, and all the necessary amenities. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel with its amazing facilities, helpful staff, accessible parking, and perfect location near the Ischgl ski area. Cleanliness was great, and the hotel offered a delicious breakfast spread.

The hotel was conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to get around the city. the cleaning staff did a great job at keeping the room tidy and the amenities were satisfactory.
The staff wasn't as friendly or accommodating as expected. They seemed disinterested and did not go out of their way to make the guests feel welcome.

We stayed at a hotel in a great location, right in the centre of the village, with great access to restaurants and areas of interest. Our room was well equipped and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom that had heated floors. the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. the ski storage and sauna were additionally great bonuses.
The parking was quite limited and we struggled to find a spot for our car, we had to park in a nearby garage and it was quite expensive.

The apartments were comfortable and clean. The ski depot was available and practical, including the possibility of leaving our ski equipment there. The sauna was enjoyable, especially after a day of skiing. The location was convenient and the bus stop was a short walk away.
The Christmas Eve dinner was not included and the staff was not very friendly during the dinner. The reception was closed during the holidays and some of the amenities, like the fresh bread delivery, were not available.
